1. General Information

HTB Vintage Supply is a registered business based in Bulgaria, supplying wholesale vintage and second-hand clothing. By using this website and placing orders, you agree to act as a reseller/business entity, not as a private consumer.

Our bundles consist of unique, pre-loved items, carefully selected for vintage retailers, online sellers, and shop owners.

2. Products & Descriptions

  • Each bundle includes mixed vintage pieces such as: T-Shirts, Jeans, Sweaters, Jackets, Skirts, etc.

  • Every item is second-hand, and may show minor wear or small, repairable defects.

  • Sizes, brands, and styles vary. Not every category is guaranteed in each bundle.

  • Some bundles may contain up to 10% Grade B/C items due to human sorting.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in EUR or BGN and may be subject to VAT, depending on your country.

  • We accept payment via Stripe, PayPal, and bank transfer.

  • Orders are only processed after full payment is received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across the EU and worldwide via trusted courier services.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or free above certain order thresholds.

  • Customers outside the EU are responsible for import taxes/duties.

  • Once dispatched, delivery times may vary, and HTB is not liable for delays caused by third parties.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Bundles must be returned in full, in original condition.

  • Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, including any promotional "free shipping" if order is returned.

All content on this website—including logos, product photos, and text—is the property of HTB Vintage Supply.
Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved under Bulgarian legal jurisdiction.
