Returns & Rufunds
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

Items must be in the same condition as received – unused and in original packaging.

A return request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your goods.

All returns must be pre-approved. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Complete bundles must be returned. We do not accept partial returns. Refunds will be denied if any items are missing.

To request a return, please contact us at info@htbvintagesupply.com. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. Contact us immediately if:

You received an incorrect item, or
-
There is an issue with the grading of your order.
We will assess the issue and aim to resolve it promptly. However, please note:

Vintage sacks, bundles, and bales may contain 15–20% Grade B items, and
-
Grade B orders may contain 15–20% Grade C items, due to human error in the sorting process.
This is standard industry practice in bulk vintage wholesale. As such, all sales are final.
Refund Conditions
If your return is approved:

We will refund the product cost only.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For international orders, any VAT prepaid by us at customs will be deducted from your refund.
VAT paid by you directly to your customs authority is non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your return after delivery. If you haven’t received a refund notification within this timeframe, contact us via our support email.
Important:

It may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Refunds apply only to the product value – shipping fees and international VAT are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for any customs duties or fees incurred due to returned items.
